Both are a separate thing. TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) is regulated by Income Tax Act and it deducted from salary, payment to contractor, rent, and interest.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) is the indirect tax and is applicable to the supply of goods and services. Both have different compliance mechanisms.
