Is eway bill necessary for intrastate for value more than Rs.50000.00 say from one city to another city within the state?

Eway bill is mandatory if value exceeding 50000 whether interstate or intrastate.
Every movement of goods having value exceeding Rs 50000 has to be supported by e-way bill.
There need to be some clarification i.e. if I carry my laptop or mobile with me worth above 50000/-, do I have to always carry eway bill with me?
