I receive mail, PAN is not matching with the CBDT database, there is no option to resubmit the application?

My PAN submission is correct in the application but I have received a mail that there is discrepancy has been found with the same as the same pan is not matching with the CBDT database and there is no option to resubmit the application? Please help.
