Compliance related Eway bill
what is the limitation of register person in case of goods movement supply and job work?
If it is found that the registered person has not fulfill the compliance of Eway bill. What is the legal action?

A legal proceeding in regard to E-way is only if the Goods on way check by Incharge officer, As of today the taxpayer need not provide any detail in this regard while filing the return.
Hence There is no legal boundation as such, yes only in case of scrutiny, the tax officer may ask for such compliance.
