How tax liability will be calculated on 30.06.2017?

I have a stock on which excise was paid by the super dealer of the company and we purchased the same from the super dealer by vat paid of 6 % & we have a billing of vat (not of excise). how tax liability will be calculated on 30.06.2017.

U can get 100% rebate in case of excise duty and in case of vatu can get 40 % tax rebate of remaining stock till 30-6-17

If ones get 40 % rebate then he will suffer a loss of excise which was collected by the super dealer.

If super dealer has issued excise invoice to you, 100% credit cf to GST if invoice not available but excise duty knew, 40% credit allowed to cf
